1. Turn the SMARTPAWBurpurr smart pet feeder upside down, insert the power cord, insert food tray, and turn it on. (Blue light on)
2. Download the app: Pet Zero /Tuyasmart (Available in both android & ios)
3. Make sure you are connected to your house WiFi, on your gps location, Bluetooth and off your mobile data.
4. Open the app, press add a new pet feeder. Scan with QR code. If you are unsure, please watch the video above.

2. Run the App, read and agree to the privacy policy, and register a new account or login to a registered account. When you register or login to the account, please choose the correct country or area.

3. When you login, the App will ask you to access certain permissions. These permissions are very important for the App so please allow them. Click Add Device or + to add a new pet feeder. Choose the Add Manually tab and select Smart Pet Feeder.

4. After turning the feeder on, wait for about 1 minute for it to boot up. Then check whether the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing RED 2 times per 5 second. If yes, then click Add Device or + to add a new pet feeder. When the App asks to access certain permissions, please allow them. Then mobile phone will detect the feeder by Bluetooth automatically. Once detected, App will show a message to ask to add the feeder. Click Add.

- Always on in BLUE: Feeder is booting.
- Flashing in RED: Feeder is waiting for Wi-Fi network configuration; it is in AP mode.
- Always on in RED: Feeder is configured for the Wi-Fi network and trying to connect. If the connection fails, it will always be red.
- Flashing in GREEN: Feeder is trying to connect to Wi-Fi network.
- Always on in GREEN: Feeder is connected to the Wi-Fi network. It can be turned off in the settings.
Notice: When the feeder is only powered by batteries, the power indicator and Wi-Fi indicator will turn off.

such as IEEE802.11 ac/ax are not supported.
d. Make sure that MAC address filtering and wireless device isolation is
turned off on the wireless router.
e. The feeder may not support the Wi-Fi signal of the wireless repeater.
If the connection fails, try connecting to the wireless router directly.

After doing some research online,a recommendation pop up on my screen.
After reviewing the video I feel a lil assured cos it's a Singapore based product and I decided to give it a try.
Been using for nearly 2 weeks,all is good
The feeding times is accurate,the kibbles are not stuck.
But maybe once or twice my video have a problem to connect to the camera,it will be in a loading page that I have to close and open the app again.
However apart from that,the part where I can record my voice after the food have been dispense need some work,cos I'm not sure when it is recording and when it is not
Hence it recorded my fur babies eating sound instead 😂
Other than that. It's been great so far. Even the camera is fantastic to me.
It auto night vision too.
Would like to get other items from them again soon

delivery was quite fast considering i ordered on friday and arrived on tuesday. however, could have been better if we receive a notification that the delivery is in progress via sms instead of having to go through the website to find the order no. and then re-navigated to a third party delivery platform for live updates by refreshing the page. nevertheless the product reached me and im satisfied with the product as it meets my needs as a pet owner. thank you.
A really good feeder, holds a lot of kibbles and very easy to use. Love the camera and speaker functions though unable to use it if you go wireless. Also would be nicer if could adjust the angles from my phone, but overall still nice and fun capabilities to check in on my furbabies when I'm out. Can ensure refills are sorted even when away. Important as one of my boys is a big eater and can clear away everyone else's bowls if I'm out late. Recommended

Also indicates if the food is trapped or if there is a shortage of food. I have three cats, and they all seem to enjoy it. Because of the food container at the top, the food stays crisp and doesn't get 'soggy.' I also like the camera functionality. Although it is possible to adjust the angle, it would be preferable if the next generation allowed the camera to be adjusted from the phone itself rather than having to adjust it manually...Recommended!!
