Standard Return Policy
  1. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may opt for return, exchange and/or refund up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. As long as the item and the packaging is not used/modified.
  3. Must be in the original packaging.
  4. After shipping back the product back to us, we will refund you 100% exclusive of the shipping charges.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products Return / Repair / Warranty Policy
  1. The Warranty period commences on the date of purchase.
  2. Smartpaw warrants the product that you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  3. Smartpaw is only liable for manufacturer defect, does not cover damage caused by end-user or wear and tear.
  4. All of our electronics pet items come with 1-year local seller warranty/ unless stated otherwise.
  5. After shipping back the product back to us, we will troubleshoot, repair or do a 1 to 1 exchange depends on the situation.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
