Return/Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may opt for a return, exchange, and/or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  1. The item and its packaging are unused and unmodified.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. After shipping the product back to us, we will refund you 100%, excluding the shipping charges. A restocking fee (up to 30% of the product's retail price) will be applied to closed box returns.
  4. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that some of our products or services may have very limited quantities, and returns or exchanges for these items are governed exclusively by our Return Policy.

Repair/ Warranty Policy

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Smartpaw warrants that the product you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Smartpaw is only liable for manufacturer defects and does not cover damage caused by the end-user or normal wear and tear.
  • All of our electronic pet items come with a 1-year local seller warranty unless stated otherwise.
  1. After shipping the product back to us, we will troubleshoot, repair, or provide a one-to-one exchange depending on the situation. Troubleshooting and repairs will typically take about 2 to 4 working days.
  2. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If the customer fails to collect their item within 2 weeks of repair or replacement completion, Smartpaw reserves the right to dispose of the item without further notice. The customer will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or replacement in such cases.
