Engineered for Multi-Cat Living
Explore the 5 core breakthrough features designed to keep your home odor-free, safe, and truly scoop-free for weeks.
Dual 1080p AI Vision & Health Tracking
Know how your cats are doing even when you're at work. Dual wide-angle HD lenses monitor toilet visits and capture interior snapshots, helping you spot changes in bathroom habits early.
- Recognizes Each Cat: Logs weight and visit times so you know which cat used the box and how often.
- Interior Stool Photos: Takes an HD photo after each use so you can easily check stool consistency.
- Soft Stool Delay Mode: Delays sifting if loose stool is detected to prevent smearing on the drum.
Radar & Weight Multi-Layer Safety Shield
Safety is #1. The machine never rotates when a cat is inside or nearby. Multiple independent sensors immediately halt the drum the moment your kitty approaches.
- Microwave Radar Scan: Detects curiosity approach within 1 meter and pauses rotation instantly.
- 4 Precision Gravity Sensors: Stops immediately if even a small cat (down to 100g) steps inside.
- Anti-Pinch Reverse Engine: Reverses drum rotation immediately if any resistance is detected.
Airtight Waste Drawer & Odor Eliminator
Say goodbye to bad litter odors when friends visit. The bottom waste drawer features an airtight silicone seal combined with an activated carbon deodorizer to lock away ammonia smells.
- Up to 15 Days Scoop-Free: Generous sealed bottom drawer holds waste for up to 15 days for a single cat.
- Zero Odor Escape: Silicone gasket seal + activated carbon pod stops ammonia smells from escaping.
- Drawer Full Alert: Phone notification alerts you when it is time to tie the drawstring bag.
Spacious 57L Drum with 17" Wide Entrance
No more hesitation. Big cats easily fit inside the roomy 57L globe. The wide 17-inch opening lets big breeds (Ragdolls, British Shorthairs, Maine Coons) walk in and turn comfortably without feeling trapped.
- Comfort for Big Breeds: Wide 17-inch opening lets big cats up to 10kg turn and stand comfortably.
- 45° Anti-Leak Chamber: Specially angled drum prevents high-peeing cats from spraying outside.
- Low Entry Step: Easy for senior cats and short-legged breeds (Munchkins) to step into.
1-Tap Empty & Water-Washable Drum
Monthly deep cleaning takes under 5 minutes. Tap "Empty Litter" in the app to dump all remaining litter into the trash bag, then lift off the drum and rinse it clean.
- 1-Tap Full Litter Dump: Empties the entire drum with one tap—zero manual scooping or tipping.
- Water-Washable Drum & Drawer: Rotating globe, waste drawer, and sifting mesh rinse clean under water.
- Universal Clumping Litter Friendly: Works great with bentonite clay, crushed tofu, cassava, and mixed litters.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about setup, compatibility, safety sensors, and warranty support.
Does the CATLINK Scoop Robot Pro AI work with 5GHz Wi-Fi and Singapore mesh routers?
Yes, absolutely. Unlike earlier smart pet devices that were restricted strictly to 2.4GHz networks, the CATLINK Scoop Robot Pro AI features Dual-Band 2.4GHz & 5GHz Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth. It connects effortlessly to modern Singapore fiber broadband routers (Singtel, StarHub, M1, MyRepublic, ViewQwest) and home mesh systems (Google Nest, Asus, TP-Link Deco) without needing to separate your Wi-Fi SSID bands.
How long can I leave it completely unattended while traveling?
Thanks to the spacious 57L globe drum (holding 4–5L of litter up to the MAX line) and the generous 12L sealed bottom waste drawer, you can safely leave it unattended for:
• 1 Cat: Up to 14 days hands-free
• 2 Cats: Up to 7–10 days hands-free
• 3+ Cats: Up to 5–7 days hands-free
Pro Tip: Pairing it with the optional 4L Auto-Litter Refiller hopper dispenses fresh litter automatically, extending hands-free operation even further. The CATLINK app sends instant push notifications when the waste drawer reaches capacity.
What cat weights are supported? Is it safe for small kittens?
The Scoop Robot Pro AI is officially engineered for cats from 1.5 kg up to 10 kg (3.3 to 22 lbs), making it spacious enough for large Ragdolls, British Shorthairs, and Maine Coons.
For kittens under 1.5 kg: We recommend enabling Manual Mode in the CATLINK app. In Manual Mode, automatic rotation is disabled, and you trigger cleaning cycles manually via the app or front panel once you confirm your kitten has stepped safely out of the machine.
What types of cat litter can I use?
The machine is compatible with virtually all clumping litters right out of the box:
• Bentonite / Sodium Clay: Fast sifting and rock-solid tight clumps.
• Crushed & Fine Tofu Litter (e.g. TriadCats): Highly recommended for Singapore humidity—99.9% dust-free, non-stick, and flushes easily.
• Cassava & Mixed Clumping Litters: Fast clumping with ultra-low tracking.
• Standard Long-Grain Tofu Litter: Fully supported! Simply switch to the additional wide Tofu Sifter Filter Screen (specifically engineered with wider grid openings so standard cylindrical tofu pellets glide through smoothly without jamming).
Note: Non-clumping litters, crystal silica pearls, and wood pellets that dissolve into sawdust are not suitable, as the machine relies on clumps to separate waste cleanly.
What does the 1080p dual AI camera record, and can I turn it off?
The system uses two dedicated 1080p optical lenses for feline health monitoring:
• Exterior Camera: Monitors entrance approaches, recognizing each cat via AI Pet ID+ to log weight and dwell duration.
• Interior Camera: Takes an HD photo snapshot of the litter bed after your cat departs so you can visually check stool consistency. If loose stool is noticed, you can trigger Soft Stool Mode to delay sifting and avoid drum smearing.
100% Privacy Control: The cameras are equipped with a physical privacy shutter and an instant one-tap toggle inside the CATLINK app to turn off video recording whenever you wish.
How do I clean and wash the machine?
Deep cleaning is straightforward and hygienic:
1. 1-Tap Dump: Press "Empty Litter" in the app or front control panel. The drum rotates to empty all remaining litter directly into the bottom waste liner.
2. Quick-Release Disassembly: Lift off the upper dome cover, lift out the rotating globe drum, and slide out the bottom waste drawer.
3. Water Washable Parts: The globe drum, waste drawer, and litter sifting filter screen can be thoroughly rinsed with water and mild pet-safe soap.
4. Motorized Base Care: The motorized base contains precision weight sensors, radar, and electric motors — wipe the base clean with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth only. Never submerge or rinse the base under water.
